    Adjusting collected customer information

    Your task/initial situation

    When they create accounts and place orders, your customers have to enter certain pieces of information. In JTL-Shop, you can decide what data they are required to enter.

    Opening the collected customer information

    1. Log in to the back end of JTL-Shop with your admin access data.
    2. Go to View > Standard views > Registration. Here you can find all settings regarding the data that can be collected from customers during registration and order processes. Go to description of page: Settings: Registration and order form.
    3. Click Save to apply your settings.
    Please note: If you would like to prompt other data than the information listed here, you can add custom form fields to your forms. Go to Creating custom form fields.
