    Displaying the delivery status

    Your task/initial situation

    You have created several delivery statuses for your items in JTL-Wawi and assigned them to your items (see: Creating delivery statuses). Now you want to specify under which circumstances the delivery status should be displayed.

    Setting the delivery status on the item detail page

    1. Go to the admin back end of JTL-Shop and log in.
    2. Open View >Standard views > Item detail page.
    3. Select whether and how the delivery status is to be displayed in the General section under Show delivery status:
    • Yes, but hide for unavailable items: The delivery status is shown by default, but it is not shown when items are out of stock.
    • Only when stock level is 0: Displays the delivery status only if there is no stock.
    • No: The delivery status is never displayed.
    • Always show delivery status: The delivery status is displayed for all items.
    1. Then save the settings.

    Setting the delivery status for line items in the order process

    The delivery status can also be displayed during the order process for the individual line items.

    1. Navigate to View > Standard views > Order process.
    2. In the section Order process, select Yes or No for the option Show delivery status with line items.
    3. Then click on Save.
