Goods receipt without PO using JTL-WMS Mobile
The goods receipt without PO is intended for posting unscheduled deliveries to your warehouse.
Your task/initial situation
You have received a delivery of goods from one of your suppliers or a potential supplier and there is no corresponding sales order in JTL-Wawi. You now want to post the goods to your warehouse without creating a sales order.
How to perform a goods receipt without PO
- Start JTL-WMS Mobile.
- Open the hamburger menu and select the menu item Goods receipt w/o PO.
- If you know the supplier and have created a profile in JTL-Wawi, you can select them from the list. If you do not know the supplier, you can also choose No supplier. Optional: Scan the delivery note.
- Click Next.
The next steps for the goods receipt w/o PO are identical to the Standard goods receipt.
