Adding VAT identification numbers in JTL-Wawi
Your task/initial situation
You would like to store your own VAT identification numbers for other countries in JTL-Wawi. You need a VAT identification number for a country other than that of your registered office in the following two cases: Either you ship from another country or you have exceeded the turnover threshold for a given country.
VAT identification numbers
Via the Admin > Company / Email settings menu, open the Managing company and email settings dialogue box.
In the list, you can view all the numbers that are currently stored for the company. You can edit one of the numbers by double-clicking on it.
Delete: Select one of the numbers and click on Delete to remove it.
Adding new VAT identification number
Country: Select the country for which you would like to add a new number.
VAT identification number: Enter your VAT number here.
Is also departure country: Check this option so the newly added country is also considered as a departure country.
Add: Click Add to save the number to the list.
