Managing returns
When is a return transferred to your fulfilment service provider?
As soon as you create a return and select a warehouse in the JTL-Fulfillment Network, this return is transferred to the warehouse’s fulfilment service provider. All changes are also synchronised with JTL-FFN and your fulfilment service provider.
Your fulfilment service provider can also create new returns which are transferred to JTL-FFN. After the next fulfilment synchronisation, those will be automatically created in JTL-Wawi as well. Other configurations
Return reasons and item conditions can be created at will for you and your fulfilment service provider in JTL-Wawi and must therefore be assigned to the corresponding JTL-FFN values. Learn how to set this up in JTL-Wawi here: Setting up returns for JTL-FFN.
