Adding items to purchase list

Adding items to the purchase list via the item management
- Click on the Items icon to go to item management in JTL-Wawi.
- Select the desired items by holding down the Ctrl key and selecting the items.
- Right-click on one of the items. The context menu opens.
- In the context menu, select the option Add to purchase list. The Adding items to the purchase list dialogue box opens.
- In the Quantity field, enter the required purchase quantity for your items.
- Double-click on the items highlighted in blue to select a variation.
- Confirm by clicking Apply to close the dialogue box.
The items have now been added to the purchase list, which you can view and edit in the Procurement area.
Adding items from the purchase order proposal to the purchase list
- Use the Procurement icon to open the purchase management in JTL-Wawi and click Purchase order proposals.
- Click Generate proposal.
- Then click Add to purchase list.
- Select either Only add selected items to purchase list or Add all items to purchase list.
The items have now been added to the purchase list from the purchase order proposal.

Setting up the automatic workflow
