Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Booking JTL-POS WebManager
Your task/initial situation
You would like to use the digital receipt and the evaluation feature of the JTL-POS WebManager. You can book the required modules in the JTL-Customer Centre.
Prerequisites
Booking JTL-POS WebManager in the JTL-Customer Centre
Step 1
- Log in to the JTL-Customer Centre with your central login data.
- Open Produkte > Kassensystem > JTL-POS WebManager (Products > Cash register system > JTL-POS WebManager).
- Scroll down to JTL-POS WebManager (Basismodul) (Basic module) under Verfügbare Lösungen (Available solutions) and click Buchen (Book).
- In the next step, enter the amount of cash registers you would like to add.
- Finally, click Zahlungspflichtig bestellen (Buy now).
Step 2
Then book the free Digital receipt Module.
- Under Digitaler Bon-Modul (Digital receipt Module), click Modul buchen (Book module).
- Carry out the purchase. To do this, click Buy now. The modules are now activated for you.
