Blocking users
Your task/initial situation
You would like to temporarily block a user’s access data to keep them from accessing JTL-POS.
Blocking access data
- Go to Settings > Users and open the Manage users dialogue box. You can see a list of all the users you have created.
- Select the user you would like to block. The Create/Edit user dialogue box will open.
- Enable the Locked option by tapping on the slider. The option has been enabled, i.e. the user has been blocked, when the slider is on the right side and is no longer grey.
- Finally, tap on Save.
From now on, no one can log in to JTL-POS with this user’s access data until they have been unlocked.
