Thank you for using the English version of the JTL-Guide!
We are currently still building up the English documentation; not all sections have been translated yet. Please note that there may still be German screenshots or links to German pages even on pages that have already been translated. This guide mostly addresses English speaking users in Germany.

Managing user rights
Your task/initial situation
You have created at least one user group and would now like to define which areas and functions of JTL-POS the members of this user group can see and use.
Assigning rights
- Go to Settings > User rights to open the Manage user rights dialogue box.
- From the drop-down menu, select the user group whose rights you would like to edit.
- Enter the Edit mode by tapping on the Edit button.
Please note: The rights of an administrator group cannot be changed. You can specify whether a group is an administrator group in the user group settings.
- Modify the rights as required. The changes will take effect immediately.
Please note: An explanation of the individual rights can be found on the help page Dialogue box: Manage user rights.
- Exit the Edit mode by tapping on the Close button.
