Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Searching and filtering suppliers
Your task/initial situation
You manage your supplier information in JTL-Wawi. You now want to find the phone number of a supplier’s contact.
Searching suppliers
- Click on the Procurement icon in JTL-Wawi.
- In the category structure on the left, select Supplier. You can see a search field above the supplier overview.
- As a search term, enter the Company name, the Supplier ID or your Internal customer ID. The supplier is displayed in the overview.
- Select the supplier. In the lower left Contacts pane, you can see the contact information of the contact.
Filtering suppliers
You have the option of filtering your customers according to the company name suffix, such as Ltd.
- Click on the Procurement icon in JTL-Wawi.
- In the category structure on the left, select Supplier. You can see a search field above the supplier overview.
- As a search term, enter the company suffix, for example Ltd.. You can see all suppliers with this company suffix in the overview.
