    Sales widgets for the dashboard

    Sales orders: Overview

    Displays an overview of all orders compared to the previous month. The units can also be changed under Gear icon > Default. There you can select the display mode (Quarter, Year, Month, Week) and the comparison value Compare with (previous, one year ago, previous years).

    Open sales orders

    All open orders with sales order IDs and dates are listed here. Further settings can be made in the widget settings under Default.

    If you tick the check box for Sales order colour as row colour, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. The list can be extended. In the widget settings, activate the check box next to the desired option.

    Furthermore, you can set that only sales orders older than X days are displayed. To do this, click the up arrow or down arrow next to Sales orders older than (in days) to set the number of days.

    Under Advanced, you can give the widget any title and subtitle. You can also enable the check mark next to Show chart or Show list to display the values as a chart or a list. The Tracking mode can be used to set whether the data is retrieved hourly or daily.

    Unpaid sales orders

    All unpaid sales orders with sales order IDs and creation dates are listed here.

    By ticking the box for Show customer names and Show first names of customers, you can display the full name of the customer in the list.

    Expired special prices

    This widget shows you all expired special prices with item name and SKU. Under Settings > Default you have the option to display the item name or/and the SKU.

    Sales orders from blocked customers

    Here, all sales orders from blocked customers are listed with the sales order ID, date, name, and amount. In the default settings of the widget, you can determine which data will be shown. Just put a check mark next to the desired option. Here you can also specify whether to set Sales order colour as row colour. In  the Customer management, you can learn how to block a customer.

    Sales orders without shipping method

    Here, the sales orders that have not yet been assigned a shipping method are displayed with the sales order ID and creation date. You can view more information on sales orders.

    To do this, go to the settings, to the Default area and activate the check box next to the desired option. If you tick the check box for Sales order colour as row colour, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By enabling the check box for Show customer names and Show first names for customers,it is also possible to view the customer’s first and last name in the widget list. When Show amount is enabled, the amount of the sales order is displayed. Under Advanced, you also have the option to change the title or subtitle of the widget.

    Non-deliverable sales orders

    All sales orders that cannot be delivered are listed here with sales order ID and date. In the widget settings under Default, you will find further settings. To do this, go to the settings, to the Default area and activate the check box next to the desired option. If you tick the check box for Sales order colour as row colour, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By ticking the box for Show customer names and Show first names of customers, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When Show amount is enabled, the amount of the sales order is displayed. Furthermore, you can specify that only unpaid orders older than X days are displayed. For example, if you set the number to 7, only all paid and undeliverable sales orders older than seven days will be listed. You can also find the information in the widget subtitle.

    Open express sales orders

    All open express sales orders with sales order ID and date are listed here. To make further settings, go to the settings, in the Default  area and activate the check box next to the desired option. If you tick the check box for Sales order colour as row colour, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By ticking the box for Show customer names and Show first names of customers, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When you activate Show amount, the amount of the sales order is also displayed.

    Sales orders per platform

    This widget shows all sales orders per platform or online shop as a bar chart. All platforms are listed next to each other in the horizontal axis. The bars show the distribution of the number of sales orders on the different platforms or online shops. The top dashed line shows you the highest number of completed sales orders. The bottom line shows you the average value of the number of completed sales orders. You can also display the number of completed sales orders per platform/online shop. To do this, go to the widget setting, in the Advanced area and activate the check box next to Bar label. Refresh the data by going to Default and clicking Reload data. Now the number of completed sales orders of the respective platform or online shop appears on each bar.

    Due subscriptions

    This widget displays all due subscriptions in a list, with the sales order ID, interval, and end date. In the settings, in the Default area, you can refresh the data any time by clicking Reload data. For more information on the topic of Due subscriptions, go here: Shipping due subscriptions.

    Processing time of sales orders

    Here you can see the processing time of sales orders as a bar chart. Under Settings, in the Default area, you can choose between the grouping Shipping method and Platform. You can also set which time period you would like to view by clicking on the arrows next to The last days. If you have selected the Platform grouping, all platforms are listed next to each other on the horizontal axis. For an overview of shipping methods, open the widget again and set the grouping to Shipping method. The bars show the average processing time of sales orders per platform or per shipping method. The upper dashed line shows you the maximum processing time of sales orders (in hours). The bottom line shows the overall average of the processing time. In addition, you can display the processing time of sales orders per platform/shipping method. To do this, go to the widget settings, in the Advanced section and activate the check box next to Bar label. Refresh the data by going to Default in the widget settings and clicking Reload data. Now the average number of hours appears as a numerical value above each bar.

    Sales orders without payment method

    This widget shows you all sales orders for which no payment method has been stored, with sales order ID and creation date. In the widget settings under Default, you will find further settings. Check the box next to the desired option. If you tick the check box for Sales order colour as row colour, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By ticking the box for Show customer names and Show first names of customers, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When Show amount is activated, the amount of the sales order is displayed.

    Sales orders with sales order colours

    Here, all sales orders with a certain colour coding are listed with the sales order ID and date depending on the sales order.

    First, go to the settings under Default and select a sales order colour under Colour. If you have grouped a part of the sales orders into “unresolved address errors”, for example, all sales orders with unresolved address errors will now be listed. Due to the different colour coding, your sales orders can be grouped into useful groups. For more information on colour coding, please go here. If you enable the check box Colour as the title background, the title of the widget will also be displayed in the same colour coding as the sales order colour. By ticking the check box Sales order colour as row colour, the entire row is highlighted in the sales order colour. By activating the check box for Show customer names and Show first names of customers, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When Show amount is activated, the amount of the sales order is displayed.

    Partially deliverable sales orders

    All partially deliverable sales orders are listed here with the date and sales order ID. In the default settings, you can specify even more options. If you activate the check box for Sales order colour as row colour, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By activating the check box for Show customer names and Show first names of customers , you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When Show amount is activated, the amount of the sales order is displayed.

    Availability requests

    This widget lists all availability requests by customers. In the default settings of the widget, you can specify that the SKU and item name are to be displayed. Just tick the check box next to the desired options. For more information on availability requests, please go here.
