Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Individual customer discounts per category
Managing category discounts per customer

Your task/initial situation
You want a specific customer to always receive a fixed discount for items from a category of your choosing.
Requirements/Restrictions
Creating discounts
- Click on the Kunden (Customers) icon to go to the customer management in JTL-Wawi.
- Open the Customer master data by double-clicking on the desired customer.
- In the Payments section, click Discounts. The Customer discounts dialogue box opens.
- Select a platform from the Platform drop-down list. The Categories section then displays the categories of the selected platform.
- In the Categories section, select the category for which you want to grant the customer a discount.
- Click in the Discount column to enter the percentage value.
- Confirm your entry by closing the dialogue box with Apply.
- Close the customer master data by clicking Save.
If your customer now purchases an item from this category, the specified discount will be deducted automatically.
