Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Saving item data as attributes
Your task/initial situation
You want to maintain certain data in JTL-POS that is not currently in the JTL-Wawi item master data.

In JTL-Wawi, you can save the following attributes for items:

Adding an attribute to an item
- In JTL-Wawi, open the item master data of the item to which you want to assign the attribute.
- Switch to the tab Attributes/Characteristics.
- Click on the button Assign attribute. The dialogue box Assign item attributes appears.
- Open the JTL-POS entry and double-click on the attribute you want to assign to the item.
- Activate the check box or enter the value for the attribute.
- Save all open dialogue boxes. The next time JTL-POS and JTL-Wawi are synchronised, the attribute value is transferred to JTL-POS.
