Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. On this page you will find a detailed description of all the options in the Files tab in the item master data. To learn how to create items and offer download or upload items in JTL-Shop, please read the relevant scenario:

A: Upload files

In the Upload files section, you can see the upload files. With the Upload Module, the customer can upload files for the ordered item when the order is completed. For example, an image that is to be printed on a T-shirt. For further information on this topic, please see: Upload Module.

B: Download files

In the Download files section, you can see the download files. With the Download Module you can offer products available for download. The customer orders and pays for the products as usual. As soon as the products have been paid, the customer can download them. For further information on this topic, please see: Download Module.

C: Media files

In the Media files section, you can create and edit media files, which you can then make available to your customers in your online shop. For further information on this topic, please see: Media files.

Name	Duration	Purpose
_ga	2 years	Used to differentiate between users.
_gid	24 hours	Used to differentiate between users.
_gat	1 minute	Used to throttle the request rate. When Google Analytics is provided via the Google Tag Manager, this cookie is named _dc_gtm_.
AMP_TOKEN	30 seconds up to 1 year	Contains a token that can be used to retrieve a client ID from the AMP client ID service. Other possible values indicate an opt-out, an inflight request, or an error while retrieving a client ID from the AMP client ID service.
_gac_	90 days	Contains campaign-related information for the user. If you have linked your Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts, this cookie will be read by the conversion tags of the Google Ads website, unless you choose not to.

_pk_id	12 months	Used to store details about the user, e.g. the unique visitor ID
_pk_ref	6 months	Used to store the attribution information. The referrer that was originally used to access the website
_pk_ses	Until end of session	Short-lived cookies that cache data for the visit
_pk_testcookie	Until end of session	Is created to check if the browser supports the visitor's cookie
_privacy	Unlimited	Saves the desired privacy settings
